Meet the Team

We are two naturopathic nutritional therapists dedicated to helping individuals heal by addressing the root causes of imbalance—not just the symptoms. With over 15 years of combined experience, we bring together a unique blend of skills and training to create deeply personalised and effective health protocols.

Our work integrates Autonomic Response Testing (A.R.T.) with our backgrounds in naturopathy, nutrition, herbal medicine, plant spirit medicine, and somatic experiencing. This allows us to work on multiple levels—physical, emotional, and energetic—to support the body’s natural ability to heal and thrive.

Our approach is holistic and grounded in the belief that the body holds an innate wisdom—and a powerful ability to heal when given the right support.

Every protocol we create is tailored to the individual, drawing from both modern science and traditional healing to guide each person back to balance, vitality, and resilience.

  • Sarah Whitford is a mother, nature mentor, and wild medicine maker passionate about helping others reconnect with their innate ability to heal. With a background in Social Anthropology, Naturopathic Nutrition and Plant Spirit Medicine, she brings academic depth, integrity and intuitive wisdom to her holistic practice.

She is also a dedicated student of Autonomic Response Testing (ART), which she finds to be a powerful diagnostic tool for uncovering the root causes of the complex health challenges of today’s world.

Sarah makes gemmotherapy remedies-potent tree bud medicine made from embryonic plant tissues or meristem cells- which she handcrafts and integrates into her practice.

She supports people in making empowered, informed choices on their health journey, rooted in good science, autonomy and a deep connection with the natural world.

  • Paraschiva Florescu is a naturopathic nutritional therapist graduating with distinction from the College of Naturopathic Medicine. She is currently training in somatic experiencing with the SE Institute in London, taking a body-oriented approach to healing trauma and other stress disorders.

Paraschiva has trained extensively with Dr Klinghardt and the Klinghardt Institute in the cutting-edge diagnostic method, Autonomic Response Testing.

Originally coming from a legal and policing background, Paraschiva has seen how much of the ailments of modern society are rooted in unresolved psycho-emotional issues as well as early life and ancestral trauma. She believes in the body’s inherent capacity to heal when given the right environment, nourishing foods and a restored connection to nature and soul.

When she’s not in the therapy room, you may find her deadlifting in the gym, dipping in the cold seas or writing a poem from a distant Dartmoor rock.
